Warranty & Liability for Services and Products
In the event of a valid warranty claim for a product bought from us, we will either fix the defect or provide a replacement. If we are unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, the customer will be eligible for a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will cover the cost of shipping for repaired or replaced products to the customer, while the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
